My purpose in finding CM-Fitness, is to bring a standard of professionalism in the world of personal training to everyone! Endeavoring towards that goal, I have attained Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology to back my workouts by science. I approach personal training with an always-learning mindset, attaining new certifications and updating my knowledge daily, with the understanding that I am always looking to improve upon my craft! 

 

Personally, I'm tired of seeing people everyday struggle to achieve their goals despite genuine effort! I believe that together we can achieve what we aspire to become! So together let us create a new STANDARD in health and fitness and truly achieve the goals you've always dreamed of, together the RIGHT way!

ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING

For those whose busy schedule impedes them from meeting face to face or for those who live outside the area, I offer in depth online personal training that is catered around your schedule!

AT HOME OR IN STUDIO PERSONAL TRAINING

Currently based in Minneapolis Minnesota, I offer face to face training to help you achieve your goals! Whether its training at a private studio or in the comfort of your own home where I travel to you!

How Does It Work?

Through Charlton McCoy Personal Training, I have several package options to fit any budget and schedule! Whether it is in person or online, at home or in studio, the right program is waiting for you! Regardless of the package selected the HOW is always the same! Body Metrics and Fitness Testing is recorded monthly, to ensure measurable results are occurring and to maintain accountability. All work outs are logged into a personal portfolio, so I can always ensure we are improving at the correct pace to prevent injuries and avoid plateaus. It will also be used as a resource for those who look to add in additional workouts on their own time! Nutrition coaching is complimentary! Nutrition is half if not more of the battle towards our health and fitness goals and will be highlighted in each of our sessions. Lastly, I am here to bring out the best in you in each workout. Remember its your hour to focus on YOU!
